Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to develop, monitor and supervise staff and work practices within a defined area of responsibility. It requires assessing the effectiveness of workplace procedures and implementing regulatory and quality assurance measures.It applies to individuals who use a range of specialised and managerial techniques to manage their own work and supervise others in any sector of the financial services industry.Work functions in the occupational areas where this unit may be used are subject to regulatory requirements. Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Skills in this unit must be demonstrated in a workplace or simulated environment where the conditions are typical of those in a working environment in this industry.
